What you'll do

  • Define platform strategy for runtimes, SDKs, and integration frameworks to ensure multi-tenant standards.
  • Hire and develop a high-performing engineering team to build systems for AI agents and automated workflows.
  • Govern cross-group compatibility, security controls, and high-risk migrations with SRE and security partners.
  • Own group-wide resilience and capacity objectives by institutionalizing rollout, canary, and rollback patterns.
  • Direct teams in designing, developing, and testing scalable software systems and APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex product issues and advocate for customer-driven enhancements.
  • Enforce documented security criteria, coding standards, and secure software development practices.
  • Oversee complex projects to ensure strategic objectives are met on time and within budget.

What we're looking for
