What you'll do

Provide counsel and technical expertise to management on significant software engineering matters.
Execute complex software delivery assignments across multiple technical disciplines.
Deliver solutions for the company's communication platform.
Drive and promote software engineering best practices to ensure timely project delivery.
Ensure that development teams deliver solutions that meet established guidelines.
Resolve technical issues encountered during the software development lifecycle.
Manage all phases of projects from inception, design, and implementation to testing and deployment.
Advise business partners on technical solutions and contribute to the project planning process.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
5 years of experience in software engineering.
Experience with Java, Spring, AWS, OpenShift, Linux, and Windows.
Experience with Oracle, MongoDB, Kafka, Unica, Splunk, Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, Jira, and Confluence.
