What you'll do

Implement flight software, ground test software, and ground station software at both embedded and application levels.
Develop software components through rapid prototyping, design verification, and space qualification activities.
Apply high-reliability standards such as fault detection, recovery, and data redundancy to create manufacturable assemblies.
Implement mission functionality on combinations of high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and ultra low-power designs.
Develop code at the intersection of hardware, FPGA, and software for embedded systems.
Create host-side software for user interfaces, machine-to-machine communication, data analysis, and display.
Perform root cause investigation through data collection and analysis to support production operations.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical/computer engineering, or a similar technical field.
2-8 years of professional experience in software product development.
Ability to read and interpret VHDL and write code in C for embedded roles.
Ability to work with GUIs, databases, and high-level languages for host-side roles.
Ability to read and interpret schematics.
Familiarity with standard interfaces such as Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, and MIPI CSI-2.
Familiarity with common MCU, CPU, FPGA devices and technologies.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
