What you'll do

Develop and implement full-stack software products including frontends and backend services.
Build out product features and iterative enhancements following 12-factor principles.

Provide expert leadership and technical guidance on a specific technology stack.
Coach junior team members on various technologies and Extreme Programming practices.
Support software products in production environments to resolve user issues.
Participate in architecture design, iteration planning, and team retrospectives.

What we're looking for

Experience 3 or more years (preferred).
Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and Microsoft .NET development.
Expertise in cloud computing platforms including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
Skills in API Development, Management, Programming, and Open API.
Experience with Kubernetes and backend systems.
Knowledge of web services and full-stack software development.
Ability to implement 12-factor principles and test-driven development.
Familiarity with the insurance industry (preferred).
