Software Engineer, Security & Reliability Operations

What you'll do

• Monitor enterprise vulnerability and security management tools to ensure system integrity.
• Coordinate remediation activities with Infrastructure, Application, and Information Security teams.
• Manage the daily operations of the enterprise workload automation environment and job scheduling.
• Troubleshoot batch processing issues and resolve production incidents.
• Develop Python scripts and utilities to automate repetitive operational tasks and reporting.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and change implementation activities.
• Monitor application health, performance metrics, and operational alerts.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and compliance evidence for audits.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2 years of experience in production support, operations engineering, workload automation, or enterprise platform support.
• 2 years of experience supporting workload automation or enterprise job scheduling platforms.
• 2 years of experience with Linux/Unix environments.
• 2 years of experience with Python scripting and REST APIs.
• Understanding of vulnerability remediation and operational support processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, coordination, documentation, and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production environment with an automation mindset.
