What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in production support, operations engineering, or enterprise platform support.
- 2+ years of experience supporting workload automation and job scheduling platforms.
- 2+ years of working knowledge in Linux/Unix environments.
- 2+ years of Python scripting and REST API integration experience.
- Understanding of vulnerability remediation and operational support processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and documentation skills.
