What you'll do

Design and implement client libraries and SDKs to bolster the organization's security posture.
Build security frameworks in multiple languages including Java, Go, Swift, Rust, and TypeScript.
Integrate frameworks into partner services to perform request verification, token issuance, and authentication.
Implement authorization mechanisms, durable decision logging, policy updates, and caching.
Develop high-performant SDKs featuring caching, configuration updates, and feature flagging.
Secure APIs using input validation, mTLS, and authentication for RESTful and gRPC protocols.
Maintain API consistency and backward compatibility across different programming languages and runtime environments.
Implement monitoring and telemetry in client libraries for error reporting and performance metrics.

What we're looking for

3+ years of software development or production operations experience in a large-scale environment.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
Strong programming skills in Golang and Java, with a willingness to learn Swift, Rust, Python, and TypeScript.
Experience building and operating high-performant client SDKs and libraries with features like caching and feature flagging.
Knowledge of securing APIs, including input validation, mTLS, authentication, and authorization for RESTful and gRPC APIs.
Experience designing SDK architecture patterns including dependency injection, plugin systems, and retry logic (preferred).
Deep understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, ABAC, OAuth, OIDC) and Policy-as-Code systems (preferred).
Knowledge of client-side security best practices and cross-platform SDK development (preferred).
