What you'll do

Manage the full lifecycle of software security projects from concept and design through testing and integration.
Provide technical oversight to ensure project deliverables provide durable improvements to operating system security and quality.
Hire, mentor, and develop a diverse team of engineers across all experience levels.
Partner with other security leaders to develop the team roadmap and respond to emerging threats.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing projects for opportunities and ensuring those improvements are implemented.
Lead the implementation of memory safety technologies and large-scale refactors of core system components.

What we're looking for

Experience leading a software team developing operating system services, native SDKs, or native applications.
Hands-on experience with software development in systems languages such as Swift, Rust, Objective-C, or C++.
Deep understanding of software security principles, focusing on memory safety and mitigations against binary exploitation.
Understanding of system-level concepts including multi-threaded design, synchronization, and interprocess communication.
Experience building a diverse team, promoting culture, driving process improvements, and supporting career growth.
Proven track record of owning and leading the successful delivery of software projects.
Enthusiastic, empathetic, and collaborative approach to multi-functional projects.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (preferred).
