What we're looking for

Experience with Business Process Modeling Notations (BPMN) workflows using IBM BPM and Flowable BPM.
Experience with Business Rule Management (BRM), Messaging Queue (MQ), and migration of IBM Integration Bus (IIB) to Java Openshift services.
Experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB), Java development, and container-based applications deployments.
Experience leading teams through development and delivery of software development solutions.
Experience implementing full project lifecycle software development including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, support, and enhancement.
1 year of technical lead or supervisory experience of domestic and international project development teams, including coaching and mentoring.
