What you'll do

Design and manage IVR flows, contact routing, and queue structures using Genesys Cloud Architect.
Perform full platform administration including user management, campaigns, scripts, prompts, and permissions.
Develop and maintain custom integrations with internal systems and third-party applications using RESTful APIs and OAuth.
Configure and optimize data actions, reporting tools, and contact center features to support business needs.
Create and manage campaign lists for outbound operations across voice, email, and SMS channels.
Troubleshoot complex issues involving voice technology, routing logic, and integration points.
Maintain technical documentation for workflows, integration patterns, and deployment processes.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of experience in contact center engineering.
Must have at least 3+ years of experience specifically with Genesys Cloud (formerly PureCloud).
Requires deep knowledge of Genesys Cloud architecture, administration, and best practices.
Proficiency in API integrations including OAuth for secure communication is required.
Development experience with Java/REST APIs, JSON/XML, and SQL is required.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and DevOps tools such as Terraform or Archy is required.
A Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience is required.
