What you'll do

  • Develop and implement performance test frameworks to verify application services.

  • Create workload models and translate requirements into measurable success criteria aligned with SLAs.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks through thread dump and heap dump analysis.
  • Optimize enterprise Java applications by configuring appropriate application server and JVM settings.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and configure alerts, dashboards, and automated reporting using Dynatrace, Datadog, or Grafana.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications in cloud-native environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Integrate performance testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and five years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Test Lead, or related occupation.
  • Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and three years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Test Lead, or related occupation.
  • Experience gathering performance requirements and translating them into test plans, parameterized scripts, and measurable success criteria aligned with SLAs.
  • Experience designing, scripting, and analyzing performance using industry-standard tools including JMeter and LoadRunner.
  • Experience optimizing enterprise Java applications by selecting and configuring application server and JVM settings.
  • Experience monitoring infrastructure performance using at least one of the following: Dynatrace, Datadog, or Grafana.
  • Experience deploying containerized applications in cloud-native environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Experience implementing observability solutions using log monitoring tools such as Grafana or Splunk.
