What you'll do

Architect and execute comprehensive load, stress, and endurance testing across UI, API, and back-end layers.
Identify and diagnose performance bottlenecks within Linux, enterprise networking, and AWS cloud environments.
Embed automated performance guardrails into CI/CD pipelines to detect regressions early.
Utilize AI tools and agentic frameworks to automate test case generation and create no-code harnesses.
Analyze system metrics and logs to develop actionable optimization strategies for architectural improvements.
Develop custom scripts and utilities using Python or Java for test automation execution.
Monitor system health and performance using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or Grafana.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience, Master's plus 3 years, or PhD is required.
Expertise in performance testing methodologies including load, stress, endurance, and benchmarking is required.
Proficiency with tools such as JMeter, Neo4j, or LoadRunner is required.
Proficiency in Python or Java for utility creation and test automation is required.
Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and AWS cloud infrastructure is required.
Experience with log monitoring tools like Splunk and a strong understanding of networking concepts are required.
Applied experience with AI tools and agentic AI approaches to optimize test scripts is preferred.
An AWS certification, such as Solutions Architect or Developer, is preferred.
