What you'll do

Define test plans, load profiles, and ramp scenarios for high-volume transaction systems.
Execute performance tests using LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling to analyze results and recommend optimizations.
Lead disaster recovery testing across primary, secondary, and tertiary regions.
Build and maintain performance test automation using Python, Java, and open-source tools.
Develop CI/CD-integrated pipelines for continuous performance validation and regression testing.
Validate application behavior, replication lag, and data consistency across multi-region deployments.
Verify that performance SLAs meet regulatory RTO/RPO requirements for critical applications.
Document test evidence, methodologies, and trend analysis to support regulatory audits.

What we're looking for

B.S. Degree in Computer Science, an analytical field, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of experience in the IT industry with 5+ years in Quality Engineering, tool architecture, and orchestration.
7+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing and engineering, including design and execution of complex scenarios.
5+ years of experience designing and executing failover/DR testing across multi-region cloud and hybrid architectures.
5+ years of experience in Agile methodology and 5+ years of experience integrating Jira and test management tools.
Proficiency in scripting/programming with Python, Java, and JavaScript to develop performance testing frameworks.
Expertise in performance tools including LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling, and experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
Experience in finance or highly regulated, low-latency systems (preferred); AWS or performance engineering certification (preferred).
