What you'll do

Own the end-to-end delivery of software for autonomy, simulation, data processing, and payload integration.
Design and implement scalable software that provides a clear path for future architectural evolution.
Develop software for both on-robot platforms and off-board command and control systems.
Create test and simulation fixtures using both software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop methods.
Build reusable software components across multiple product lines to streamline development.
Execute the full lifecycle of vehicle and mission software, including testing, monitoring, and operation.
Act as a technical lead for the design, delivery, and support of next-generation autonomous platforms.
Support the physical manufacturing and deployment of maritime systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive professional experience as a Software Engineer in one or more specialized domains or technologies.
Proficiency in systems and application programming including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, scaling, and system design.
Experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems.
Ability to act as a technical owner for software services, including stakeholder engagement and roadmap management.
Capability to mentor junior team members and build team cohesion.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
