Software Engineer - Maritime Integrated Systems As part of the Maritime Division, you will join a multi-disciplinary team focused on developing autonomous systems for complex maritime operations. What you'll do

Develop software for autonomy, simulation, data processing, and payload integration on robotic platforms.
Design and implement scalable software that provides a clear path for future architecture evolution.
Create reusable software components across multiple product lines to ensure consistency across the portfolio.
Build test and simulation fixtures that operate with both software- and hardware-in-the-loop systems.
Manage the full lifecycle of vehicle and mission software, including development, testing, monitoring, and operation.
Act as a technical owner for software services by managing requirements, roadmaps, and team coordination.
Support the manufacturing and deployment of maritime vehicles and autonomous systems.
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact defense solutions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive professional experience as a Software Engineer in one or more specialized domains or technologies.
Proficiency in systems and application programming including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, scaling, and system design.
Experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems.
Ability to act as a technical owner for software services, including stakeholder engagement and roadmap management.
Capability to mentor junior team members and build team cohesion.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
