Software Engineer - Maritime The Software Engineer joins the Maritime Division to develop software for autonomous systems designed for challenging maritime operations. This role involves end-to-end ownership of projects including autonomy, simulation, data processing, payload integration, and off-board command and control. What you'll do

Develop software for both on-board and off-board robotic platforms using various technologies.
Build and iteratively enhance vehicle and mission software through full lifecycle testing and monitoring.
Create test and simulation fixtures that operate with both software and hardware-in-the-loop.
Design and implement reusable software components across multiple product lines.
Develop software solutions for autonomy, simulation, data processing, and payload integration.
Support the manufacturing and deployment of maritime vehicles and systems.
Troubleshoot and analyze remotely deployed software systems to ensure operational success.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
Professional experience as a Software Engineer with one or more domains and/or technologies of competence.
Proficiency in systems and application programming including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, scaling, testing, and software design.
Experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems.
Ability to work holistically on software capabilities across the full lifecycle from design and implementation to operation and sustainment.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Experience in military mission systems, modeling and simulation, or high assurance safety critical software (preferred).
Experience with C++, Rust, Go, TypeScript, React, cloud technologies, or Systems Engineering concepts (preferred).
