What you'll do

Own the end-to-end delivery of software for autonomy, simulation, data processing, and command systems.
Design and implement scalable software that provides a clear path for future architectural evolution.
Develop reusable software components across multiple product lines to ensure consistency across platforms.
Create test and simulation fixtures using both software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop methods.
Execute the full lifecycle of vehicle and mission software, including testing, monitoring, and operation.
Act as a technical lead for the design, development, and support of next-generation autonomous platforms.
Support the manufacturing and deployment of maritime vehicles and systems.
Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive professional experience as a Software Engineer in one or more domains or technologies.
Proficiency in systems and application programming including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, scaling, testing, and system design.
Experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems.
Ability to act as a technical owner for software services, including stakeholder engagement and roadmap management.
Capability to mentor junior team members and build team cohesion.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Experience in military mission systems, C++, Rust, Go, TypeScript, React, or high assurance safety critical software (preferred).
