What you'll do

Drive the delivery of autonomy, simulation, data processing, and command and control software for maritime products.
Act as a technical lead for the architecture, design, and evolution of autonomous platforms throughout their lifecycle.
Design and implement scalable software that provides long-term architectural growth and new capabilities beyond current limits.
Develop reusable software components across multiple product lines to streamline development across the company.
Create test and simulation fixtures involving both software and hardware-in-the-loop systems.
Execute development processes for vehicle and mission software, including full lifecycle testing, monitoring, and operation.
Manage technical ownership of services by coordinating stakeholders, defining requirements, and managing product roadmaps.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to a multi-disciplinary engineering team.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive professional experience as a Software Engineer in one or more specialized domains or technologies.
Proficiency in systems and application programming including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, scaling, and system design.
Experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems.
Ability to manage the full software lifecycle from design and implementation through operation and sustainment.
Ability to act as a technical owner for services, including stakeholder engagement and roadmap management.
Capability to mentor junior team members and build team cohesion.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
