What we're looking for

Formal training and certification in software engineering.

Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and productivity.
Expertise in system design, application development, testing, and maintaining software in large corporate environments.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Traders and Quants.
