Software Engineer III, Agentic AI

What you'll do

• Design and develop secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms.
• Execute technical troubleshooting and build solutions for complex technical problems.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate, refactor, and test code.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met.
• Analyze large datasets to create visualizations and reports for continuous system improvement.
• Identify hidden patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Apply SDLC tools and automation capabilities to improve software delivery value.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
• Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to create, validate, and refine outputs for correctness and security.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and resiliency expectations.
• Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and solid understanding of agile methodologies like CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
• Experience creating scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka for financial services (preferred).
• Experience with AWS services, Terraform for Infrastructure as Code, and practical cloud-native experience (preferred).
