What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on experience developing and delivering agentic system components or autonomous AI features in production environments.
Strong Python and Java programming skills focused on modular, scalable, and maintainable code.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker), and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangGraph, Google ADK, or AutoGen to integrate AI into business processes.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools while validating outputs for security and performance.
Understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
Experience with LLMs, GenAI, RAG, and agentic system design patterns (preferred).
