What you'll do

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, and RESTFUL APIs.
Understanding of Java Design patterns and experience implementing them in application development.
Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Experience writing test cases using tools like JUnit.
Experience using code versioning tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and understanding of agile methodologies like CI/CD and Application Resiliency.
Exposure to AI using Python, AI, and Copilot in VS Code/IntelliJ (preferred).
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS (preferred).
Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka (preferred).
Knowledge of Relational and NoSQL databases (preferred).
