What you'll do

Develop and troubleshoot complex software solutions using non-conventional approaches to solve technical problems.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate code, refactor systems, and create unit tests.
Validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security through peer review and automated testing.
Create high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with existing systems.
Produce architecture and design artifacts while ensuring all software development constraints are met.
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring for teams building native mobile applications using Kotlin.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support the software development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in Software Engineering and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools for coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows including data sensitivity and security.
Experience in mobile application development with a focus on building native applications.
Strong Android development experience, specifically building mobile applications using Kotlin.
Working knowledge of common architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVP, and MVC.
Experience with modern native mobile tools like Android Studio, Robolectric, Mockito, Espresso, RxJava, Dagger, and Retrofit.
Experience in Agile environments, CI/CD pipelines, and technical leadership or mentoring (preferred).
