What you'll do

Build agentic AI services including planning, tool use, retrieval, and feedback loops.
Implement orchestration, memory, tooling, and guardrails for agentic workflows.
Develop GPU-accelerated data pipelines using RAPIDS and optimize end-to-end performance.
Use Ray for distributed compute, batch/stream processing, and scalable workflow orchestration.
Design and maintain reliable microservices for training, inference, and vector indexing.
Implement observability, fault tolerance, auto-scaling, and cost-aware execution for AI services.
Create internal SDKs and CLIs to streamline developer workflows and reproducibility.
Establish CI/CD pipelines for AI services including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field and 2 years of software engineering experience, or 4 years of experience without a degree.
Proficiency in Python and at least one of Go, Java, or C++.
Experience with distributed frameworks such as Ray, Spark, or Dask.
Proficiency in RAPIDS (cuDF/cuML/cuGraph) and GPU-aware programming concepts.
Experience with FastAPI/Flask, Kubernetes, and Docker containerization.
Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, concurrency, networking, and systems design.
Production experience with agent frameworks, vector databases, and LLM/embedding services (preferred).
Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
