Software Engineer, Full Stack & AI-Native Development

What you'll do

• Design, build, and ship end-to-end full-stack features including UI, APIs, business logic, and data models.
• Develop modern frontend experiences using component-based UI and responsive design principles.
• Build robust backend services and APIs using object-oriented and software design principles.
• Use AI-assisted tools like Cursor and Claude Code for scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, and debugging.
• Implement integrations using REST APIs, event-driven patterns, and enterprise integration practices.
• Develop Salesforce-specific features using Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
• Build agentic and AI-powered features to automate business processes with appropriate governance.
• Own the full feature lifecycle from solution design and development to testing, deployment, and production support.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience across frontend, backend, APIs, and data.
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency in backend development including object-oriented programming, RESTful API design, databases, and SQL.
• Hands-on, daily experience using AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
• Solid grounding in software design patterns, SDLC, Agile methodologies, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience developing on the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL) (preferred).
• Experience shipping a production AI-powered feature (e.g., agentic workflows, RAG, LLM-backed UI) (preferred).
