What you'll do

  • Write secure, high-quality code using at least one programming language with limited guidance.

  • Use enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate code, refactor, and create unit tests.
  • Validate AI-generated outputs through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding standards.
  • Apply technical troubleshooting to break down and solve problems of basic complexity.
  • Analyze large, diverse data sets to identify problems and support secure application development.
  • Utilize Software Development Life Cycle toolchains to improve automation and delivery value.

What we're looking for

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years of applied experience.
  • Hands-on full stack development experience using Java and/or Python, and JavaScript/NodeJS.
  • Experience in UX/UI design, building modern user-centered interfaces, and adhering to UI standards and accessibility.
  • Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
  • Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and understanding responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
  • Experience across the whole Software Development Life Cycle and exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD and Application Resiliency.
  • Working knowledge of AWS Cloud services, Cloud Foundry, Playwright, Cucumber, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI (preferred).
