Software Engineer II, Full Stack Development

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot software components for secure and scalable technology products.
• Build end-to-end solutions using cloud-native, microservices-based architectures.
• Develop high-quality production code using React for the frontend and Java/Spring Boot for the backend.
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate, refactor, and test code while validating all outputs.
• Apply domain modeling techniques to structure software for clarity, testability, and long-term evolution.
• Review, debug, and improve code written by other team members.
• Identify and automate recurring remediation tasks to improve operational stability.
• Design solutions that avoid single points of failure and support zero-downtime releases.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years of applied experience.
• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code across the full Software Development Life Cycle in a large corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience as a full stack developer with a heavy emphasis on modern frontend development.
• Proficiency with modern frontend stacks including JavaScript, TypeScript, and React (Angular acceptable if strong React capability is demonstrated).
• Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot with experience applying microservices architecture patterns.
• Strong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and preprocessors such as Sass/LESS.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and/or relevant certification (e.g., AWS) (preferred).
