Software Engineer, Automation

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain software frameworks and tools to improve wireless engineering workflows.
• Build and optimize data processing pipelines for large volumes of wireless test and calibration data.
• Develop and maintain web tools and backend services for internal applications and automated systems.
• Implement automation and CI/CD pipelines to streamline build, test, and deployment processes.
• Develop REST APIs to ensure the availability of data and services.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to software design best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, data visualization, and workflow optimization with internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent with 10+ years of experience.
• Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent with 10+ years of experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge in designing and developing software frameworks using Python.
• Experience debugging software issues using interactive debuggers like Xcode or IntelliJ.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, concurrency, multi-threading, and scalability.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and code versioning tools like Git.
• Experience developing web applications, databases, REST APIs, and data visualization tools (preferred).
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB (preferred).
