Software Engineer AI/ML

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain AI/ML products including LLM applications, forecasting models, and anomaly detection systems.
• Build and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to package domain-specific capabilities for enterprise reuse.
• Package machine learning models as robust, well-documented APIs for integration into dashboards and operational workflows.
• Establish MLOps practices including experiment tracking, model versioning, automated evaluation pipelines, and A/B testing.
• Design vector database architectures and semantic search capabilities to power RAG applications.
• Build evaluation frameworks for LLM applications to measure accuracy, relevance, and hallucination rates.
• Implement monitoring and observability for AI systems to track performance, data drift, and prediction latency.
• Translate complex business requirements from executive stakeholders into a prioritized backlog of technical AI/ML capabilities.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience building and deploying models or AI-powered applications to production.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or TypeScript for developing production-quality code.
• Experience building data platforms and LLM-powered applications using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector databases.
• Expertise in MLOps tools including MLflow, model registries, automated training pipelines, and A/B testing frameworks.
• Proficiency with development platforms such as AWS, Databricks, GitHub, and building REST APIs via FastAPI or Flask.
• Ability to design and implement monitoring for AI systems to track performance, data drift, and prediction latency.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
