What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of professional software engineering experience in Python or other object-oriented languages.
Demonstrated ability to write applications in high-level programming languages like Python, Ruby, or Java.
Experience building with LLMs, training custom ML models, and developing RAG/agentic pipelines.
Experience with data analysis, processing, analytics, and visualization for decision making.
Experience evaluating complex AI systems and producing actionable hypotheses.
Exposure to Kubernetes and other cloud-based deployment platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
