What you'll do

  • Design and implement LLM-powered workflows and agent-based automation for multi-step reasoning.
  • Integrate AI systems with APIs, enterprise data stores, and existing mission platforms.
  • Develop AI-enabled capabilities to streamline analytical tasks and improve data accessibility.
  • Ensure all solutions perform reliably in production while adhering to security and governance standards.
  • Build AI capabilities within on-premise or multi-classification environments.
  • Develop software using Python and relevant ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or vLLM.

What we're looking for

  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software engineering within cyber, intelligence, or national security environments.
  • Master's degree and 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software engineering within cyber, intelligence, or national security environments.
  • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software engineering within cyber, intelligence, or national security environments in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience capturing user workflows and translating them into structured process maps, automation requirements, or executable logic.
  • Experience designing or implementing LLM-based or agentic workflows, including multi-step reasoning, tool integrations, and orchestration.
  • Experience integrating AI systems with APIs, enterprise data stores, or mission platforms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
  • Experience engineering AI capabilities in on-premise or multi-classification environments (preferred).
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, vLLM, or llama.cpp (preferred).
  • Experience with AWS or Azure, including work in restricted or classified environments (preferred).
  • Experience with AI or LLM development frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, PydanticAI, or CrewAI (preferred).
  • Experience with cyber or intelligence workflows, operational data types, or mission-oriented analytical processes (preferred).
  • Master's degree in AI, ML, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or Engineering (preferred).
