Software Engineer Advisor

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, troubleshooting, and debugging of complex software programs for new products.
• Manage the full development life cycle for highly complex software concepts.
• Build and scale LLM applications and autonomous agents using LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or ReAct loops.
• Develop and deploy high-throughput microservices and REST APIs using Java Spring Boot on GCP.
• Implement Advanced RAG, vector databases, and production evaluation pipelines to measure hallucination and latency.
• Migrate legacy .NET/Java architectures to modern cloud setups using Vertex AI, Cloud Run, and Cloud SQL.
• Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to reduce compute overhead and control cloud database costs.
• Coach and mentor junior team members in technical development.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• Four years of qualifying work experience in an information technology or engineering environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years building LLM apps and autonomous agents with LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or ReAct loops (preferred).
• 2+ years deploying and scaling on GCP with expertise in Vertex AI, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions (preferred).
• Experience with modern UI frameworks like React or Angular and migrating legacy .NET/Java architectures (preferred).
• Strong background in modern Java (17/21+) backend development using Spring Boot (preferred).
• Google Cloud Certified: Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Machine Learning Engineer (preferred).
