What you'll do

Hire, onboard, and develop a team of software engineers and applied scientists.
Own the team roadmap by translating the AI Foundations charter into milestones and launches.
Lead the technical design and architecture of agentic AI systems and data integration.
Apply deep knowledge of LLMs and agent frameworks to guide technical choices and partner teams.
Deliver production AI systems with required evaluation, access controls, and operational readiness.
Manage end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team initiatives and infrastructure migrations.
Uphold engineering standards for design reviews, testing, operational excellence, and on-call health.
Make prioritization calls in ambiguous environments to balance stability against new capabilities.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
3+ years of engineering team management experience.
7+ years of engineering experience.
8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
5+ years of Software Engineer, Software Developer, or related occupational experience.
1+ years of providing technical leadership and project management for all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates.
