What you'll do

Design, build, and operate AI agents to diagnose network and connectivity issues using telemetry and logs.
Convert engineering tools and data sources into reusable agent tools for use across the Leo network.
Build evaluation harnesses to measure agent accuracy, coverage, and latency to gate production launches.
Manage production services including on-call rotations, operational metrics, root-cause analysis, and security reviews.
Translate ambiguous problems into shipped features by partnering with principal engineers and operators.
Write design documents, perform code reviews, and mentor teammates on agentic development practices.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience for new and existing systems.
1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
1+ years of experience developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
