SoC DFT DV Engineer

As an SoC DFT DV Engineer, you will join a multifaceted team focused on hardware technology and complex system designs. Your primary responsibilities involve reviewing architecture and design specifications to extract features, developing verification plans, and collaborating with designers to verify DFT implementations. You will build test benches, generate advised or constrained random tests, run gate level simulations, and manage the debugging process to close coverage. The role requires supporting multi-functional engineering efforts by assisting in verification flows and automation scripts while working with test engineers to bring up patterns on silicon. To succeed, you must possess skills in directed or random verification, coverage analysis, and assertions. You will utilize scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or TCL to solve problems within the domain of large processors and complex SoC designs.
