Smart Mobility Hub - Tolling Technology Senior Manager
The Smart Mobility Hub team seeks a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of complex tolling technology modernization programs. You will manage multi-faceted projects including back-office platform implementations, MLFF/AET roadside deployments, customer service operations technology, and interoperability integrations from planning through operational transition. Your daily responsibilities involve overseeing program governance, scope, budget, and risk management while leading cross-functional teams across systems architecture, software engineering, and data analytics. You will develop technical operating models, integration roadmaps, and phased implementation strategies to solve critical infrastructure challenges. The role requires expertise in electronic toll collection, CRM systems, revenue assurance platforms, and Power BI. You will navigate the complexities of transportation agency requirements to deliver scalable solutions for roadside systems, payment processing, and automated customer engagement across various tolling and transit service domains.
Experience with at least one specific area: back-office platforms, electronic toll collection, customer service operations, MLFF/AET roadside systems, or revenue assurance.
Bachelor's degree required, or an Associate’s Degree with work experience.
Experience with advanced technologies like Power BI, predictive analytics, AI/ML tools, or cloud-native platforms (preferred).
Experience with Agile, SAFe, ERP modernization, or enterprise change initiatives (preferred).
