Smart Mobility Hub Tolling Technology Principal Director

What you'll do

• Lead the growth and expansion of the Smart Mobility Hub tolling technology portfolio across North America.
• Develop and maintain executive relationships with transportation authorities, state departments, and infrastructure operators.
• Identify, qualify, and support the closure of strategic tolling opportunities including MLFF deployments and system modernizations.
• Serve as an executive sponsor for complex modernization programs to oversee governance, financial performance, and risk management.
• Grow the customer service operations technology practice covering CRM systems, contact centers, and AI-powered automation.
• Develop reusable technical assets, reference architectures, and delivery methods to accelerate client pursuits.
• Establish industry thought leadership through participation in conferences, publications, and executive roundtables.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of tolling technology practitioners including architects and engineers.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in tolling technology, electronic toll collection, or related infrastructure fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience leading large-scale tolling modernization programs or complex multi-vendor implementation programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing executive client relationships with C-suite and public-sector leaders.
• Demonstrated experience shaping business opportunities, strategic pursuits, proposals, or market growth initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree required, or an Associate’s Degree with work experience.
• Experience with multi-lane free-flow (MLFF) technology, interoperability frameworks, and back-office systems (preferred).
• Experience with public-private partnerships, design-build programs, or multidisciplinary system integration (preferred).
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent (preferred).
