Supply Chain and Engineering– Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) Go-To-Market, Senior Manager / Associate Director joins the Supply Chain and Engineering Reinvention Engine to support the SDV and Digital Engineering practice. This role sits at the intersection of solution architecture, client engagement, and delivery leadership. You will shape SDV solution architectures, lead multi-disciplinary teams across digital engineering, software, cloud, and data, and translate complex business objectives into end-to-end solutions involving vehicle software platforms, embedded systems, E/E architectures, and AI. The role requires expertise in over-the-air updates, cloud-native and edge architectures, and the automotive mobility ecosystem. You will manage large-scale projects for OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to transform vehicles into evolving software platforms. Key skills include solution shaping, delivery management, and deep knowledge of vehicle platform lifecycle management within a complex product environment.

What you'll do

  • Shape SDV solution architectures, estimates, delivery models, and value propositions to support sales pursuits and go-to-market motions.
  • Act as a lead for SDV engagements by owning technical and functional outcomes across multiple workstreams.
  • Translate client business and engineering objectives into end-to-end solutions involving vehicle software platforms, embedded systems, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary delivery teams across digital engineering, software, cloud, and data to ensure high-quality results.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders during the design and delivery of SDV architectures.
  • Develop and refine repeatable SDV offerings, accelerators, and assets based on delivery learnings and feedback.
  • Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, proofs of concept, and demonstrations to evaluate architecture and delivery approaches.
  • Oversee delivery quality, risks, dependencies, and commercial guardrails across all assigned SDV programs.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree required; engineering, computer science, or technical degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in consulting, engineering, or industry roles across automotive, mobility, or complex product environments.
  • 8+ years of experience in solution shaping and delivery leadership, including participation in large, complex sales pursuits.
  • 8+ years of experience in Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) and digital engineering domains.
  • 5+ years of experience working with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or mobility ecosystem players.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end SDV or digital engineering programs from design through industrialization (preferred).
  • Exposure to ALM–PLM convergence, DevSecOps, validation & verification, or vehicle software toolchains (preferred).
  • Experience with cloud, data, AI, systems integration, or managed services in large-scale engineering environments (preferred).
