What you'll do

  • Establish budgetary baselines for Engineering functions using Control Account Management best practices.
  • Manage, track, and report earned value metrics for the program.
  • Forecast labor and manage integrated master schedules with engineering and program leaders.
  • Assess software project issues and risks to develop formal resolution plans.
  • Prepare Contract Data Requirements Lists and monthly Business Rhythm EVM artifacts.
  • Author Basis of Estimates and other proposal activities to support Engineering Change Proposals.
  • Support labor and material program control accounts.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have experience with cost plus and firm fixed price contract vehicles.
  • Must have experience with material, labor, and subcontract labor account earned value management.
  • Must have experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Must have experience developing and managing schedule tasks and integrating major subcontract schedules within a prime integrated master schedule.
  • Must have experience using Microsoft Project and creating Basis of Estimates and Proposals.
  • Bachelor of Science degree (preferred).
  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI approval/access (preferred).
  • Risk management experience (preferred).
  • Earned Value Management Certification (preferred).
  • Project Management Professional Certification (preferred).
  • Software discipline organizational experience (preferred).
  • Experience managing subcontract values over $30 million (preferred).
  • Experience managing labor cost accounts over $10 million (preferred).
  • Experience managing Software Development projects including CDRL production and delivery (preferred).
  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence (preferred).
