What you'll do

  • Provide onsite deskside support for hardware, software, peripherals, and enterprise applications.
  • Perform break/fix troubleshooting and repair for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and scanners.
  • Diagnose and resolve operating system issues for both Windows and Mac environments.
  • Manage incidents and service requests using the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
  • Perform PC staging, configuration, software installation, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and support VoIP phone systems.
  • Manage IT asset inventory, including tracking, deployment, and recovery of equipment.
  • Execute user account administration and basic Microsoft Active Directory tasks.

What we're looking for

  • Technical degree or equivalent professional experience providing end-user/desktop support.
  • Strong hands-on experience with deskside support, break/fix, hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 applications and iOS/mobile devices.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or another ITSM/ticketing platform.
  • Experience supporting printers, scanners, file shares, and other end-user peripherals.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, basic networking concepts, and VoIP/network phone support.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
