Night Shift Site Lead, Data Center Operations

What you'll do

• Manage the daily operations and performance of one or more data center sites.
• Analyze trends in capacity, temperature, and availability to implement infrastructure improvements.
• Lead on-the-ground teams in incident resolution and manage escalated technical issues.
• Implement automation and monitoring tools to mitigate risks and ensure site stability.
• Perform root cause analysis after incidents to update documentation and improve processes.
• Oversee new region builds, expansion projects, and related logistics or infrastructure upgrades.
• Manage inventory, repairs, and the deployment of network physical infrastructure.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in the relevant field.
• Experience leading performance trend analyses for capacity, temperature, availability, and cleanliness is required.
• Ability to manage escalated complex technical issues and implement advanced automation and monitoring tools is required.
• Proficiency in performing root cause analysis (RCA) and executing incident management protocols is required.
• Experience overseeing data center expansion projects, including site builds and infrastructure upgrades, is required.
• Ability to coordinate logistics, inventory management, and physical infrastructure installations is required.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement is preferred.
