RF Integrity Engineer

What you'll do

• Solve complex problems at the intersection of electromagnetic models and active/passive circuits.
• Optimize designs and mitigate coupling for ICs, packages, and boards using 2D/3D EM simulation.
• Apply RF and Power Delivery Network (PDN) modeling to correlate simulations with real-world measurements.
• Perform Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis across RF and digital systems.
• Diagnose and resolve spur and desense issues in collaboration with IC, package, and product teams.
• Validate theories and designs through hands-on testing using VNAs, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proficiency in RF and microwave engineering fundamentals is preferred.
• Expertise with 2D/3D EM simulation tools is preferred.
• Experience with IC design and simulation flow is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in RF module and board development and debug is preferred.
• Experience with high-speed signal or optics/photonics design is preferred.
• Knowledge of RF system modeling and link budgeting for transceiver chains is preferred.
