SharePoint System Administrator SME

What you'll do

• Deploy, operate, and maintain SharePoint services including load balancing, PKI, and claims-based authentication.
• Provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SharePoint infrastructure across multiple security classifications.
• Manage permissions for site collections, lists, and items while overseeing M365 applications like Teams and OneDrive.
• Oversee SharePoint projects including version upgrades, hardware migrations, and expansion of capabilities.
• Conduct data searches and purges to comply with cyber security, legal, and FOIA requirements.
• Develop and enrich server monitoring using SolarWinds, Science Logic, or PowerShell to ensure service health.
• Update operations and maintenance documentation for 24/7/365 IT Operations Center personnel to assist with after-hours triage.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect data, conduct analysis, and implement solutions for incident tickets.

What we're looking for

• US Citizenship is required.
• Must possess a TS/SCI with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph (or Full Scope Poly) or a TS/SCI with willingness to obtain a poly.
• Must meet DoDM 8140.03 IT System Admin Intermediate certification requirements (Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+ CE, GSEC, or higher).
• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, Master’s with 10 years, Associate's with 14 years, or High School Diploma with 16 years.
• Extensive experience with SharePoint 2016, 2019, Subscription Edition, and SharePoint Online.
• Extensive experience configuring, installing, and securing SharePoint systems, including SQL clusters, PKI, and claims-based authentication.
• Experience with load balancers such as F5 BigIP or Citrix NetScaler and managing M365/O365 cloud offerings.
• Experience with Tier 2 & Tier 3 system administration, Change Management, and ITSM ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Nintex, InfoPath, and PowerBI platforms (preferred).
• Relevant certification in VMware, Windows Server Administration, or similar technology (preferred).
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or equivalent certification related to SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive (preferred).
