What you'll do

Conduct systems analysis and development to keep systems current with changing technologies.
Install new software and troubleshoot technical issues for end users.
Grant permissions to applications and provide technical training to users.
Perform server administration for physical and virtual server operating systems.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical and virtual hardware and network interfaces.
Perform OS and vendor software patching on servers.
Monitor physical and virtual server performance using specialized monitoring tools.
Create and run scripts to automate repetitive processes.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Department of Defense TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required at time of hire.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Solid understanding of server-based operating systems is required.
Enhanced troubleshooting skills in server OS, networking, and storage technologies are required.
Working knowledge to create and run scripts to automate repetitive processes is required.
Experience in Linux (Rhel 8, 9, Redhat) and Windows environment tooling is required.
Familiarity with networking (firewalls, CISCO, Juniper switches) and secure development practices is required.
Experience with or familiarity with AI/ML models is preferred.
