The SharePoint Administrator joins a collaborative team to support a critical intelligence mission for a Navy customer. This role involves administering and optimizing SharePoint site collections and subsites across multiple classified networks to ensure secure, reliable access to mission-essential information. Daily responsibilities include configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting environments, as well as developing custom functions, workflows, forms, and reports. The successful candidate will manage data structures, perform server patching, and enforce security policies to meet customer standards. Required technical skills include proficiency with SharePoint Server, SQL, Dataverse, Active Directory Federated Services, and the Office 365 Power Platform. Additionally, the role requires knowledge of Modern Work, Copilot, machine learning, and Search Engine Optimization to improve data organization and streamline workflows across various domains.
Administer and optimize SharePoint site collections and subsites across multiple classified networks.
Develop and manage subsites, lists, libraries, and workflows to improve data structure and operability.
Design custom functions, workflows, forms, and reports using SharePoint Designer and Power Platform.
Perform routine server maintenance, including patching, upgrades, configuration changes, and troubleshooting.
Monitor and resolve issues affecting servers, systems, applications, and operating environments to ensure high availability.
Implement and enforce security policies to ensure site collections comply with customer security standards.
Maintain documentation and continuity books to support established tasks and procedures.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with experience, or a master’s degree with .
Active TS/SCI clearance in DISS and required program access.
Active IAT Level II DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification, such as CompTIA Security+ CE, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days.
3+ years of experience in information systems management focusing on SharePoint administration, cloud technologies, and database construction.
2+ years of experience with SQL and/or Dataverse and Active Directory Federated Services.
Experience administering, maintaining, and supporting on-premises SharePoint Server environments, including server configuration and farm-level components.
Proficient working knowledge of Modern Work, Copilot, and advanced understanding of machine learning and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
