What you'll do

  • Recommend solutions to automate functionality using ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Activate and configure ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications.
  • Build custom ServiceNow applications from inception to completion to improve processes.
  • Research, design, and deliver innovative solutions for customer business processes.
  • Identify best practices for the development of new and existing ServiceNow applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, systems integration, and multiple platforms.
  • Document testing and maintenance of system corrections while ensuring software compliance standards.

What we're looking for

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 1 year of related experience.
  • 4 years of software development experience with specific ServiceNow Development experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (preferred).
  • Experience with ServiceNow workflows, client, and server-side scripting (preferred).
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, ITFM, ITBM, and SAM (preferred).
  • Web service and database experience (preferred).
