What you'll do

Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and solutions using the Agile life cycle.
Translate client IT needs into architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.
Analyze system requirements and environments to ensure solutions support future functionality and enhancements.
Write and implement software programming applications using Glide, scripting, business rules, and client scripts.
Acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.
Manage low-code development platforms from initial vision to production-ready status.
Identify and implement needed system improvements and software changes.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods.
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, and custom apps.
Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization.
Experience working in large enterprise environments, including government spaces.
Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science field.
Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, SAM, HAM, ITFM, scripted Web services, or CMDB/asset integrations (preferred).
Experience developing custom Workspaces, Platform Analytics dashboards, or possessing a ServiceNow CSA certification (preferred).
Secret clearance.
