What you'll do

Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform and manage lifecycle upgrades.
Monitor platform health to proactively identify issues and perform regular maintenance tasks.
Create scripts to automate data updates, gather information, and conduct research.
Execute technical configurations including business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and import sets.
Manage instance security by controlling user access, group permissions, and audit rules.
Identify and implement platform enhancements to improve functionality and contribute to roadmaps.
Oversee discovery processes, integration management, and data maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using a systematic approach.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
High school diploma or GED is required.
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in ITOM and ITSM within a large enterprise environment.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations including REST APIs, LDAP, and SSO.
Experience performing technical configurations such as database tables, import sets, ETL, update sets, business rules, UI policies, and ACLs.
Proficiency in scripting with JavaScript as implemented in ServiceNow.
Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
Bachelor's degree.
