ServiceNow Administrator, Senior

What you'll do

• Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform and manage lifecycle upgrades.
• Monitor platform health and perform regular maintenance tasks to sustain performance and availability.
• Create scripts to update data, gather data points, and complete research tasks.
• Execute light development work focused on administrative areas of the platform.
• Troubleshoot, identify, and solve technical issues using a systematic approach.
• Manage instance security including user access, access control rules, and auditing.
• Identify and execute platform enhancements to maximize value and input into roadmaps.
• Oversee discovery processes, schedules, integrations, and data maintenance activities.

What we're looking for

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in ITOM and ITSM in a large enterprise environment is required.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations including REST APIs, LDAP, and SSO is required.
• Experience with ServiceNow technical configuration such as database tables, import sets, ETL, update sets, business rules, UI policies, and ACLs is required.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting is required.
• Experience scripting with JavaScript as implemented in ServiceNow is required.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred); ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (preferred); experience with Agile, AI implementation, and Automated Testing Framework (preferred).
