What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in information technology.
4+ years of experience in IT Service Management and ITIL frameworks.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules including incident, problem, change management.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools like web services, SOAP, email.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Knowledge of ServiceNow data modeling, database schemas, and CSDM.
