  • Provide onsite Infrastructure Services and consultancy for Hybrid Cloud environments.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interact with clients using strong interpersonal skills.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of high-volume commercial products like Lenovo PC and Apple.
  • Proficiency with IBM tools such as Cognitive Support Platform (Salesforce) and Watson Einstein Analytics for automation.
