What you'll do

  • Install, maintain, and upgrade OS applications and software within a VMware virtualized environment.
  • Manage Active Directory services including design, cleanup, routine maintenance, and Group Policy Object configuration.
  • Administer Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including Entra ID and cloud security optimization.
  • Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate workflows, reporting, and configuration modules.
  • Operate and troubleshoot backup and data replication infrastructure using Spectrum Protect platforms.
  • Provide administration and support for the OpenShift platform and enterprise storage technologies.
  • Perform performance analysis and root cause analysis to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system configuration records.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of experience providing senior Windows Server administration and server configuration support.
  • Proficiency in managing Microsoft Azure infrastructure, Entra ID, and cloud security best practices.
  • Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Domain Controllers, GPOs, Certificate Services, DNS, DHCP, and Print Servers.
  • Advanced skills in PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and configuration modules.
  • Hands-on experience with VMware ESX, ESXi/vSphere, vCenter, vMotion, DRS, and Hyper-V.
  • Experience with IIS, MS SQL, WSUS, and enterprise storage technologies.
  • MCSA/MCSE/MCTIP-SA or VMware VCP certifications (preferred).
